Marie de Lassus, Founding Partner of PEOPLE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT




She provides support to executive teams and management communities in enhancing cohesion and commitment  at different stages of the transformation plans.

Her approaches closely links strategic of operational issues and the development of personal and group potential  Her areas of expertise : The identification of strategic behaviors that can have an important impact on the company's performance and their application in management and human resources processes

After graduating from the Université de Paris IX Dauphine with a degree in economics in 1982, she began her career as a consultant in Marketing and Organization with the Bossard Group – Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

In 1992, she joined Hay Management, where she built up her expertise in the management and development of strategic competencies and conducted projects at major multinational companies. In 1994, she received certification in Behavioral Competencies Assessment from the McBer Institute in Boston.

From 1998 to 2008, she continued to develop skills in her areas of expertise (including coaching certification in 2004) working at companies and human resources firms.

In 2008, to enhance and broaden this approach to consulting and supporting key people and teams, she created PEOPLE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT.
