• We first try to identify the strategic behaviors that are specific factors of success for the company. Our observations will then be analyzed with reference to these relevant and objectivized factors.
 
• The reliability of our analyses is enhanced by the situational observation of individuals using competency-based interviews or role-playing (individual or group) in assessment centers.
  
 
• We provide either one-off services or longer-term programs involving the setting up and management of special processes over time.
  
 
• We make recommendations and support them with facts.
 
• We adhere to an ethic of responsibility in relation to individuals: transparency and clarity from the outset concerning the rules for restitution and the respect of integrity and confidentiality.
