Our approach- Personal coaching : As certified coaches, we offer a personal coaching method that will tap the full potential of internal resources, mobilize other unused resources, identify and progressively remove obstacles to thinking and action (perceptions, conventional wisdom, etc.), thereby helping to achieve professional objectives set by the individual with his management.
The scope of our coaching is clearly confined to the interaction of the individual with his or her professional environment and focused on well-defined situations.
Personal coaching is usually done over a six-month period—for example, 12 two-hour sessions, with two sessions a month.
- Coaching d’équipe : The focus is improving collective efficiency. We provide assistance based on a methodology combining :
- team self-analysis,
- joint definition of an improvement project,
- he production of strategic and operational deliverables (development of a vision, action plans, etc.).
The coaching is usually done in team seminars.
- Special managerial programs : These tailored programs are based on coaching-inspired teaching principles and have multiple aims:
- to have individuals take personal responsibility for their development
- to create communities of interest in the the company
- to maintain acquired skills (self-assessment, work on participants' operational issues, individual and group experimentation in seminars and in the field, etc.).
- Consulting for Human Resources Departments :
- Coming from the outside, we bring our clients a broader vision of business practices. Our approaches involve the management's participation in the key stages of devising and defining projects to improve human resources processes.
- We provide training and buy-in programs to go along with the tools and methods we supply.
- We also propose the use of a feedback system to continually improve the implemented processes.
